Snail Mail Versus Email

At this new era, we are living in a fast revolving society. Just recently we moved into cell phones from using phones. Now we move from snail mails to emails such as in mail.google.com. Internet is the main thing to communicate now, aside from cell phones. It makes people’s life become easier and the way we reach each other even miles away became more convenient. Internet delivers fast and inexpensive to use. There is a debate about which is better, snail mails or emails? They compare the old traditional way of sending information from the new one. So how they differ? And which is better? Here are some comparison and contrast.

  1. You cannot deny that email is faster than snail mail. When it comes to communication, an email is faster. Once you have hit the send, the receiver can now see your email. Wherever you are and wherever the message will go it won’t be a problem. But mailing a document will cost you a lot. Then, the shipping will take longer than you expected. Email may be inexpensive or free. Depends on your provider.
  2. Hand written mails are still preferred by some group of society. There are events that prefer invitation given one by one at each homes. Handwritten cards are more valuable and treasured given on special occasions. Online invitation can be given with one click if you belong to the recipients you can receive immediately the invitation.
  3. When it comes to large companies, emails are more beneficial. You can send an email to the entire department when you want to say something important to them or announcement. Posting on bulletin boards sometimes is not effective.

These are the arguments between snail mail vs email. If you want to learn how to sign up on emails, read this post.

Centro Internacional de Globalizacion

Centro Internacional de Globalizacion is a project on Latin America to review the international development and experience of the economy of the country to reduce the pro-cyclicality and the bias of the fiscal policies through the adaptation of effective counter on the cyclical fiscal policy at the moment. The papers made by this review were to help create the best international practices on the creation of fiscal policy and its framework. There were many sections created that were the guideline in creating the counter cyclical policies on the fiscal.

What are the limits and the role of the countercyclical fiscal policies?

According to the distinct analysis, the fiscal policies shall be made between the unrestricted changes of taxes and spending as the response on the automatic stabilizers.  The countercyclical will be beneficial on the tax revenue and the unemployment problems of the people that will greatly change the economic activity of the country. There were agreement regarding the role of the fiscal policy on literature about the reduction of output and employment variations issue, there is still no agreement on the Classical economist regarding the fiscal policies.

The International Experiences

There is a widespread of the countercyclical fiscal policies in both developing countries and industrial. This is according to the international evidence pointed out on the survey. There is a poor fiscal discipline when government pressures the people to increase the tax revenue and spends it on interest groups and political constituencies than keeping the revenue for the future and spends it on the countercyclical.

Why Most Cheap Laptops Require Upgrades

Most laptops that are bought at ultra-low prices turn out to be machines that are in dire need of major upgrades, before they can be optimally used (or resold). There are many of us who find this to be unfair: because when we venture out shopping for the cheap laptops, we expect to get machines we can immediately put to use (or immediately put up for resale).

Now in order to understand why most cheap laptops turn out to be machines in need of urgent (and major) upgrades, you have to take cognizance of the reasons as to why they are sold so cheaply, in the first place. That is where it turns that, in most cases, it is due to certain deficiencies noted in them that the laptops are sold cheaply. So the vendors of the cheap laptops don’t (typically)sell them cheaply because of their ‘charitable natures’ of because they don’t like money. Rather, the machines are usually sold cheaply because that is the only anyone could buy them, given their deficiencies.

More often than not, however, the deficiencies in the cheap laptops turn out to be issues that can be amended for, through the upgrades we are talking about; hence the reason as to why most cheap laptops require such upgrades.
